2x Teleconverter for 24-105?

Hey guys.
I was just wondering... I dont have much money right now and I was wondering if there is any 24-105 2x Teleconverters out there, like a rip off or something.

you can't use the canon 2x teleconverter, but the kenko and third party ones do work. Wouldn't advise it though
