yeah my friend taught me them on the trampoline after this attempt.


Thats what i was thinking, throw it more flipped. I was throwing my legs around my body why i shoulda been throwing them more inverted

ur not throwing right at all, u need to do a lincoln 180 or off axis back 1 for a rodeo, u just hucked urself forward it seemed, rodeos ar back

dont worry about doing it on tramps although it is sometime a safer way to start but to do a left rodeo pick up your right knee, and keep your left arm open, then drop your head to your left shoulder and your should see the lip of the jump then pick up both your knees and bring it around one more full rotation and spot the knuckle of the jump. sometimes its easier for people to start by learning flat 3s then adding the 180 when its comfortable.

you're dumb. a rodeo is thrown forward, and a lincoln loop 180 would either be an underflip or misty 5 depending on which side the lincoln was thrown.

do backflips to warm up before you try rodeos...this will put you in a more flippy mode and you'll probably get it first try after that.

maybe im confused on a rodeo but tj looked like he was doing a flat five in that vid. i think a rodeo needs to be more inverted
