How hard are lincoln loops?

I can do them on a trampoline all day long with no problem. Is it any different with skis on? Any advice is welcome.

really easy to throw, sometimes hard to not rotate when you throw it though. just pop way harder than you usually do to level out, pick something on the horizon in front of you to watch while you rotate, and throw it about twice as hard as you would on the tramp. same basic movement though.

ive tried a couple of them but so reason it wants to throw me backwards like an over flip..anny help?

Do them exactly how you would do it on a tramp.
Pop up off the lip just like you are jumping on a trampoline and it'll feel just the same

I think they are the easiest flip

Like a couple people have mentioned, the hardest thing about lincolns is keeping them from turning into an overflip or an underflip. Of course, this happens when you set your shoulders a bit out of a perfectly sideways axis. If you can get the set right though, the rest of the trick, especially spotting the landing is super easy.
