I need some tips!!!!!!

a;right ive been skiing for 2 years and i ride 177 line afterbangs

im  a pretty good skier i can hit a few rails, do straight airs on smaller jumps and flot 180

im going skiing tomorow and need to kknow a few things

1. some beginer grabs that i can try

2. some beginner spins on rails

3. is there any workouts/excersizes that will help me spin faster or easier?

any advice is appreciated!

1 safety, mute or japan
2. front 270 out. and back 270 out.
3. I forget what number 3 was... i was thinking to hard about what grabs r beginning grabs

2. If you have a trampoline? that will help things. Also, just jibbing random objects when you're walking around seems to work.

and to spin faster, when i walk around i act as if im skiing, fake grinding benches, curbs and anything else like that while doing insanely unrealistic spins and jumping off stuff doing 720s and practicing spinning unnatural a LOT, it helps soo much if u do that all summer u will come back spinning faster both ways
