who else has completely filled their ipods full of rap. well i did and i want to hear some of your favorite techno ish alternative and reggae. but, i hate dubsteppy stuff. Also if your a cock head feel free to say searchbar. Thanks, and +k for good answers!

Have you tried listening to more experimental stuff? Hip-Hop is such a diverse genre.

glitch mob is like dubstep along with deadmau5, diplo, and mstrkrft. maybe not hard dubstep but still.

mf is rap but ill look up the others

if by dubstep you mean all electronic/dance/house type music, then yea.

I don't know much about those genres, but dubstep is just a small segment (a very specific segment at that, i believe dubstep is defined by tempo or something) of electronic, and mstrkrft and deadmau5 don't fall into that segment. don't know about diplo

dubstep is defined by its drums, snare on the 3, and its tempo, 140 bpm

aha, ok yea i knew it was some shit like that.

but am i correct that deadmau5 does not fall under the category of dubstep?

i know that mstrkrft doesn't
