SCARPA MOBE QUALITY ISSUES

So I decide to go for Scarpas advertised "burly" freeride touring boot this season....
I have used my Scarpa Mobes less than a week and the plastic is cracking on the heel below the ski walk mechanism.
The metal strut has SNAPPED OFF on both boots from regular use over 6 days spread out. This means im now stuck in walk mode.
Ive been sending scarpa north america messages on their website, email and left phone messages and had no response at all yet.
Total BS.
Just to let the you know my experiences... if you were thinking about these boots and you want a trouble free season...
I have 2 pairs of Scarpa tele boots that are really good and the inuition liners rock- but this sucks and the lack of help or even contact is ridiculous.
If anyones interested I can take some pictures...
Peace

one pair does not equate a quality problem.

you need to go to a Scarpa dealer, not drop them an email. Get to the nearest dealer and explain your situation. They will get in contact with Scarpa for you.

Thanks for the respones.
Has this happened to anyone else?
This is just my experience with one pair of my scarpa boots. But its definitely a quality issue. It sucks!
Will get in touch with a shop that sells Scarpa and see what they say...

This. I know that it feels better to do things on your own, but If you bring them to a dealer, they can be In contact with the warrantee people at scarpa on the phone quickly and get you info, and hopefully some parts/boots in the fastest possible dealers. Many companies only do warrantees through dealers.

For the most part I have never had problems with scarpa durability.

Ive seen a couple of the rivets pop out for sure, and Ive definatley seen the walk/ski mode lever freeze up like you describe. But never the boot cracking.
All times are Eastern (-4)
