How do I stop shin bang?

I got full tilt boots this year, but i am still getting major shin bang. I think my boots might be a size to big, which i know is a reason for shin bang, but the only part that is to big is in my foot bed. Is there any tips to help stop my shin bang?

Usually when i'm trying new stuff i get it cause i land badly. I used to get it just doing straight airs, then i got it doing spins, and on friday i will get it from inverts.

just get really really long socks. pull em up to your knee. havent had any major shinbangs after i started doing that
