so fun to watch, just wondering if it hurts to lets say backflip and catch your tips in powder? I'm from the east coast, so I never have skied horribly deep snow. Sorry for this n00b question.

for the most part pow is one of the best things to take a tumble into, the problems start when you begin to tomahawk (flipping feet over head) with or without your skis. doing so without your skis releasing is hell on your knees. rocks and trees are far more damaging than deep pow though.
