Any Tips on how to learn to ski switch?
Don't just haul balls right away. I started making wedge turns first. Once I was comfortable I moved towards a wedge christy, bringing the inside turning ski into parallel.
When you get to that step start looking over the outside shoulder so you can see where you're going.
From there I just gradually worked my self towards a basic parallel by making my skis parallel earlier and earlier in the turn.
When I carve switch, i have to really pressure my skis and keep low, otherwise i skid out.
Hope this helps.
Start of on the least crowded slope you can find. I personally don't give a fuck about how steep the slope is or well groomed it is, it's just that because you're looking backwards your field of view is really thin so it's hard to keep up with everything that's going on around you.
