Sharpening wax scrapers

my local shop doesnt sell scraper sharpeners and i was wondering if their was anything i could do to sharpen my scrapers without buying one?

They make a plastic tool, but it kinda sucks. I use the stone on our grinding machine, any other way is a huge pain in the ass.

Place your panzer file on your tabletop and sharpen against that with the scraper dead vertical.

or sharpen them on the edges of your skis. just be careful that you dont dull the edges by accident. If you do it right it works well, but it can also pretty permanently fuck your scraper up

Sandpaper laid flat. Run the scraper vertical back and forth across it. May take a minute or two, but does what you need.
