It's that time of year when we are all sore, so I don't think I am the only one wondering this. I never really had knee problems until this year, nothing crazy, nothing popped. The side of my knee is sore after I ride lately, and sometimes I get a weird pain when I am sitting on the chair, but if I straighten my knee, its goes away, kinda weird actually.
Anyway, I wanted to see what works for guys who are used to knee pain, and what kinds of exercises best help strengthen their knee and help deal with pain after riding.
We all know about RICE, and I am going to hit up a doctor once the season winds down, I just need some advice to get me through until then.
