Need help with doing a 3 swap on boxes

alright i already tried the trick tip cult and no one has responded but i just really want to know how to get this trick down

I've found it easiest on a up-flat transition. Come in with a lot of speed and pop as you would for a normal swap but just pop higher and look all the way around.
