Twixtor help

I've never really used twixtor that much and I was messing around with it yesterday. For some reason everything I try comes out like the video below. Any ideas why this is happening or how I can fix it?

did you make sure to click the frame blending button?

I don't see a frame blending button? I have it on motion weighted blend with smart blend checked if that's what you mean

fuck I've tried it on a bunch of different clips with every combination of settings and it does the same thing. bump

i know this kids voice is annoying but this method helped me.

if you use final cut pro/express

this is a complete guess but it kind of looks like your computer isn't able to render it smoothly

i rendered a twixtor video with 2gb of ram on a mac thats a year old but i heard if you have under 2 gb of ram things can get messed up

I have a ~1 year old iMac with 8gb ram so that shouldn't be my problem
