Good skiing work outs?

Couldnt really find anything on the search bar, but anyone know and good workouts to help with skiing. I have been injured and im just trying to stay fit and good for the end of this season or next. I broke my arm a few months ago and im not fully recovered.

just go to the gym and do work on your legs because they won't have the same amount of muscle as before, someone there should help you better than NS probably can

while it may be kinda late to get started on workouts for this season...

squats, lunges, leg curls and leg extensions are all good. mostly just make leg circuts to keep a good balance between muscular endurance and muscular strength. so, basically just do squat circuts till ya cry.

this has literally never been discussed before. I am so happy that you are making a new thread that is not cloggin up NSG with a topic that has never been discussed before. As well, it is very difficult to ascertain what a skiing workout would involve, Bench Press? Pullups? Legs/no Legs? Cardio?

I am however wondering why you think a website filled with scrawny ass 15 year olds, and drunk, ski bum 22 year olds would have excellent information about the latest in training/ nutrional information?

squats, lunges, leg extensions, incline leg press, anything like that. also core is essential. crunches, hanging leg lifts, and medicine ball workouts work well for me. i also think it is important to have a full body workout, so adding in some rows, bench press, and shoulder press is fine. also, running or eleptical for total leg strength.
remember to keep a balance of endurance and strength.
