Hey guys, so i printed a few pics for my photo class and they just look 100000 times better printed then on the screen of your computer.

so basically if you have some coin just get yourself over to blacks or where ever and print like 3 photos that you like. they honestly look amazing

so im just sayin try it and ull really you will love your photos

Such a good call man, i had a few of my color film shots printed and they're amazing. the color is so much richer than the crappy scans i got.

Keep in mind that you're probably looking at an image printed at 300dpi as opposed to viewing it at 72ppi. There is a lot that goes into getting a good print, but they generally should look much better than a computer screen.

Paper choice has a lot to do with it too, some papers dull color and others make it pop, some are better for BW and others for color... Some of my photos look better on-screen, IMO, because I really like (for whatever reason) dark photographs. Not underexposed, just dark.

yeah, me 2. i guess its the real dark you see vs the black on a computer screen, it looks fake ish. i duno i just like those night shot prints.

are the 2 i printed. they look great.

oh and let ur photo dry for 24 hours. and also make sure to not scratch it by putting it in an envelope and protecting it with a sheet between the print(print side) and the envelope.
and dont worry i know enough about this stuff.

I got a 16x16 inch print of this in my dorm room. Prints are so nice. I made a few darkroom prints with that to, but I'm not as good as the people that get paid to do it...  I also did this one

as 8x10 or 8x8.

Printing is so fun, and having prints is nice. That's one reason I want my own house, to cover my walls in my photos. That, and photos from good ski photographers.
