BACKFLIP TO CONCUSSION

Today i managed to land a backflip and concuss myself at the same time. My head took a big chunk out the jump which was almost solid ice. I am so thankful that i was wearing my helmet. This could have been a disaster if I was not wearing it. I honestly think i would be knocked out in the snow right now if it was not for the helm.

haha, worst feeling coming around and realizing your face and not your skis are about to hit the ground. Did that on a 30 ft step down. concussed so hard i was saying the most random shit, but I remember it which is good

1. Use a real jump.
2. Don't write all your titles in caps, because it's like you're YELLING ALL THE TIME.
3. Step 2 is more important than it seems.
