Okay...Legit WAX COMPANY

So i was on Facebook and got a friends request from the guys called Board Side Down wax out of oregon..i hit them up and they seem dope and down to earth..now although i have never ordered a stick of wax, i ordered a stick and am waiting to recieve it! im super stoked

just thought it was cool to know that there are companys made for what we do and not just racing and all that!!

The difference is simple Strawberry(red), Raspberry(blue). A lot of people get them mixed up with cold and hot temp based wax, but they are not.

Now i cannot answer your next question 100% because our wax is not 100% fluorocarbon or hydrocarbon like most companies it is indeed different. This is whats sets us apart from others, We start with a paraffin base wax and we have modified its structure to produce results as you would get from a fluorocarbon while holding a much larger snow temp variance. We have in a sense (very simple example) combined hot and cold temp together and maximized the temperature flex the wax can with stand with the same quality as a temperature specific wax.

With our wax you are able to ski all year round and only use one kind never having a question.

We test our wax in the cold winter days, to the warm temperatures up on mount Hood in the summer.

There is not a lot of difference between the two, the main difference is the melting point for when they are used for hot waxes which helps the wax be absorbed better into the bases.

BSD is mad legit. Started using their rub on wax and hot wax b/c a friend of mine rides for them. I don't have a single complaint. Not to mention the price is essentially unbeatable.

Light get a block when I run out of what I have now. Do you have any unscented waxes? Because the smell of plain wax is unbeatable IMO

7 days max, but for a couple of our sponsored riders and shops we have in PA usually 4-5 on average. Also give us 24 hrs after your order is placed to ship as well.

BSD is super legit. Both the deodorant stick and the bulk brick work amazingly. And the price is on point. Definitely recommend it.

Been skiing this on my park skis and pow skis since the season. Quite impressed. Transferred over from Swix.

Only noticeable difference is the lifespan of one wax.

my guess is shorter. But for the amount you pay for 1/2 pound I have no problem waxing more often haha

On average what we do, as well as our riders, we wax every 4 times of riding we go up, and the brick should last anywhere from 10-15 hot waxes depending on size of skis or snowboard.
So on average a brick should last 40+ days of riding.

Got my brick two days ago. waxed all my skis, my buddys board, my girls board and the folk's skis. consistency was great off the iron. Great stuff man, gonna have 2 more bricks headed down to cali tomorrow. oh and the tee is total swag

Wish i saw this earlier but whatever. I bought the bulk blue and its great, took it to sunday river and rode saturday at like 35 degrees and then sunday at about 10 with no difference. When you scrape it off it smells fucking wonderful too.
