Make sure you don't have the computer/tv/phone on. They say that electronics make it a lot harder to fall asleep. As for a phone I think it has something to do with the way cellphone signals work.
i usually fall asleep relatively fast..but i do smoke weed a few times a day..which always puts me out the second i close my eyes. but if i get off my routine and nap or something, ill have trouble falling asleep or if somethings on my mind thats stressing me out. my brother always had trouble falling asleep and he cant really find any medication that truely works..so i guess its how you go about your day and how your body works
Usually by the time I get to my bed I'm so beat I don't even remember getting in...
I can usually sleep on command in chairs, cars, planes etc. etc. It really helps pass the time, and I get where I'm going well rested. I need my sleep or it just isn't pretty.
