Sent $700 of my hard earned money on December 17th for last years pipecleaners,some full tilts and some splices.I tried messaging him every couple days to see if he had shipped it. Didnt hear much. After 3 weeks i got fed up beacuse its killing me to not be skiing and 700 dollars is a shitload of money for me.When i created the dispute his excuse was he lost the stuff? Kids like this shouldnt be in the buysell or on this site at all. Warning to all buyers DO NOT BUY FROM HIM! Ill post tommorow when paypal is suppose to get back to me on the result of the dispute. He lives in Boston so shipping should be a week and a half max. Ive had things from China I ordered after christmas come in a week. Im fed up and want my money or the shit i spent $700 on.

Although that is fucked up that it took him that long and that BULL SHIT that he "only had %70" after you sent him fuckin $700!! And that alone deserves a callout

You understand as a seller if the package is lost it's your fault? Why did u only get 400 worth of insurance and not $700? You understand if you bought something in the mail from any store and the package is lost either they replace it or refund you. The seller is a fucking idiot

When I saw this I remember this username well... In September I was selling my 2 year old 1st generation 40gb PS3. He wanted to trade me a g-suit a magic suit and polarized crowbars for it. Red light when off ,scammer for sure, my $180 PS3 for maybe $800+ in gear.
Here is the convo from awhile ago. This guy is scum fuckin taken $700 from you. People like this guy should just go kill themselves. I don't know how he can feel good about himeself after this. Hope you get your money back man.

I finally got the skis after a month and theyve already been fucking mounted. He said on his thread they were brand new in plastic and hadnt been mounted!!!!!

UPDATE: So i picked up the skis yesterday, he posted that they were brand new and never mounted, when theyve been fucking mounted.....i just received a package slip to pick up the rest of the shit tommorow after an entire month. Although he already told me he left one of the pairs of the goggles out.

So the dilemma is not only did i wait a fucking month but the brand new skis already have a mount on them and i beleieve im missing a pair of goggles

Yes, what he sent you was not as advertised. You have proof with your PM history. You should file the claim, and ship the stuff back, at HIS EXPENSE. That way you get your money back, he gets his stuff back, but he is out like 160 bucks for being a total dipshit..

The black splices are fine, missing some dumont splices.

And the "brand new, never mounted" armada pipe cleaners have had a mount on them
