Soo, i'm probably the only guy in here who's not gonna hate on you cus im feelin good.
Pop and turn 90 degrees (that's 1/4 of a spin if your in dumbass math). Hit the rail with your most comfortable leading foot, usssualy your right foot, keep your weight distributed 50/50. Keep your eyes/head down looking/pointing down the rail. slide off, bang.
this may seem a shitload to comprehend when you're first learning new shit, but just nut up and do it.
