My Abs are STILL sore!

and its been 3 days since ive worked out... & i didnt do much ab work but now i cant even bend my back back cuz my abs hurt too much. i need some quick way to make this go away, like in 2 hours cuz i have a party to attend. anyone know?

--taking ibuprofen & heat back on my stomach

but the thing is ive done much more extensive ab workouts targeting all the major muscles there (internal/exterior obliques, rectus & the transverse etc.) but its killin me in my rectus area and i worked my obliques

yup i have. im not materialistic, i just dress nice. i dont brag, i just posted in a thread. the soccer thing ended a long time ago, and im too lazy to change my sig.  But even if i made the equivalent to the bengals, i'd stil be more sucessful than you would ever be. & nope. soccer gets more respect than football. biggest sport in the world? sorry americans had to take the name of an already existent sport and slightly change it

it may be a mild hernia. i am not really sure what kind of pain you're having but hernias are extremely painful and usually occur in the abdominal area.

nope not my first time. ive been doing my core muscles for about 2 and a half weeks right now & that was just a mild workout i did & theyre just extremely sore... i got on new adhd pills that day too? many anything between that? and no, i had hernia a couple years ago, & it this is nothing like it...

I did, it said it can entirely clear DOMS from a strenuous workout, which is nice but that's another supp I have to take. I find stretching after the workout and active recovery on the following day after a good workout helps me. I eat a lot of bananas though, so I might experience things differently.
