Read all the forums, especially the Toy forum, and all the sticky posts.
Learn your block letters before you move on to more freestyle/wildstyle.
Practice with ink markers, cutters, everything.

i'm really not trying to be an asshole but this is simply not true. i'm not about to rag on this kid, because we all sucked when we first started, but that is not a piece. it's a bunch of "graffiti-ish looking" lines. look at what other people are doing and try to take influence without jacking style.

oh and no thank you, last time i posted a pic of my shit anywhere, i got fined $50 because they located the tag.



and yes i do know what im talking about, iv been bombing for a while now, but no i do NOT do pieces. simply because i dont have time to go do a full piece without a ride too and from and money for paint. (yes, im a good kid and i dont rack)

That looks kinda cool but really all you did was put little lines together that have nothing to do with your name, start simple and work to more complicated things, also writing with a can is a lot harder than a marker.

Ninja you are a TOY get used to it, sure you can try to say your one of the best writers on this site but who gives a fuck this is a skiing site got to Bombingscience or any other graf site and be humbled by real writers skills.

And getting fined cause of a flic BS aint possible unless your a dumbass who confessed

there are lots of people out there doing graffiti more on the artsy side that fill like huge garage doors and walls with just linework. it's not always just about putting a name up. most of banksy's stuff doesn't have his name on it but people can pick out his stuff because he coined that style as his own
