sometimes i bang before the rail, bang on the rail, bang after i land and bang all the way to the lift line, bang in the lift line, as i load the lift, as i ride the lift (i fell off once), and most importantly off the lift and all the way back to the park.

you got to midair-bang its when you lock you knees before landing and keep them like that as you land.
works best off 100ft cliffs to flat icy landings(gets you more chicks than back flips)
