my dad, who is now 56, started running about 8 months ago and doing p90x about 1 month ago. he went from 190lbs down to 170 and is in killer shape. he's still got that old man dad flab, but looks really good. lost the gut, and is in killer shape, which is noticable when he plays sports. he runs half marathons and shit. mad props to him. nothing bad can come out of aerobic fitness like that. fuck, our generation is so pathetic. we can sit down and play video games for like 6-8 hours straight, but cant take 30-45 minutes to go for a run, and that's all it takes to be fit and cut your body fat in half.
