Now, question to the OP:
Is 14 your shoe size? because if it is that's nothing to base your boot size off of. I've fitted kids that wear 12 shoes in 26.5 boots (26.5 is a size 8.5 shoe). Go to a bootfitter, see what they have in stock and have them measure your foot. It's quite possible that you are in fact a smaller size than you think.

This. Go get sized. A lot of manufacturers make boots above 32, but not in every width. Go to a reputable boot-fitter who can tell you about what might be available to order, not just what they have in stock. And from my experience, people need usually need a smaller boot than they think.
