I don't do new years resolutions such a bunch of bullshit anyway. Nobody follows through on them anyway. If I want to make a change or set a goal at a certain time, I do it. No need for some bullshit magic date. It just seems to forced. Everyone's going to lose 10 pounds, stop smoking, be kind, all this stuff. It lasts for a month and then they forget.



Just not a fan. That said I Did quit smoking 6 weeks ago today. And so far that's held up.

Yes, this too. Ok this is my official resolution:
1. ski as much as possible.
2. have sex as much as possible.
3. eat as much as possible, and then work it off.
4. smoke more weed and not be broke.

its not that bad. I havent had a cigarette in 27 days. Chew gum whenever you have a craving. Trick is you need to associate something else in place of having a cig

word. eating a lot helps as well

this is random, but the chemical adiction only lasts 2 days. after that its purely psychological, so if you can convince yourself after 2 days you dont need it, you wont.
