Most difficult thing I have ever tried

So in the process of procrastinating studying form my exam tomorrow I came across this game and it has caused be endless frustration. You basicly use 4 keys to make this guy move and he just eats shit whenever I try. The furtherest I got was 5.4 Meters how far can you guys get? http://www.foddy.net/Athletics.html

Alright start with W and O and then alternate slowly. press P and Q together and O and W together and wait until the end of every stride

an easy way is make him go on his knees and press P+Q and then O+W repetedly he just crawls

I actually sort of ran until the hurdle at 50 meters, and then I had to crawl, pushing the hurdle along with my front foot haha.
