Skiing saved my life?

so i read a thread a wile back about a guy whos life was saved by skiing. and im supposed to do a report on a life changing event in a persons life and really want to do it on this

heres a little part of it:
As time went on I foundsomething that made me feel better, if only for a few hours. Skiing. Everybodyhere I assume knows that feeling of being free, weight of your chest, noworries except if there would still be pow on that next run, or if the lip tothat rail was still perfect. Just coasting.

no it was in NSG, i remember that thread. i think you're right that it was called "skiing saved my life" but NSG is the place to look
