If you actually want to do something chill for him, get him a small wooden box from a craft store and stain it. In the box, give him a nice cigar. Like an actual nice one, or if he wouldn't know the difference, buy cheap ones, unwrap them and put them in and with a semi decent looking lighter. It'll cost you maybe 20 bucks.

Maybe it could bring you and your brother closer and show that you aren't in an immature twelve year old "I HATE ME BROTHER" relationship anymore
