i know what your doing in winter is skiing but does anyone do team lifting at all?

My goal was to get down from 360 down to 300 by the end of the year. Started in June and am at 310. Stupid last 10lbs.

we do team lifting for skiing dryland

not heavy lifting, just high reps of low weight along with lots of core and some cardio

Im on our schools weight lifting team olympic style (clean and jerk + snatch) its my first yeaqr lifting too i weight 130

Bench:150lbs Squat:205lbs Clean:70kg Clean and jerk:60kg and Snatch:40kg (my first day of snatching was yetserday

what do any of you lift?

i take whey protien before it is all cut down.becuase my dad works for a bussiness that maakes it and then they ship it to ultimate nutrition etc...but when they get it its brooken down and not quite as strong

But fo realz. I have Power PE class and lift in there and Power Club after school when wrestling season isnt going on. I weigh 135. I take Jack3d, and NitroTech protein powder and every once in a while when i take a break from Jack3d i take a N.O. pill.

Military is when you sit on your but, put the bar above your head, then bring it down behinde your head, and then push it back up above your head full extension.
And yah, 85 with ez curl bar...and no ez curl bar does not make curling any easier than straight bar, i can still do 2 reps with straight bar with 85 lbs.

I do lifting for Lacrosse... All I really want to be able to do is 10 reps of my body weight for bench. I feel like anything after that would just slow me down.

I weigh 140. i bench 200, clean 180, and squat 325. I have to compensate for my weight since I'm starting at cornerback next season. 

My bench is 60 lb more than body weight, yours is 30. My clean is 40 lb more, yours is -15. My squats are 2x my weight plus 35 lbs. Yours is like 1.5

Yes. And no not the fact you were trying to imply. I weigh 140 lbs and I have to play against recievers that are bigger and faster than me. Becuase I do something with my life and enjoy playing football.

Check out Coach Stiggins program as well. it's a 8 week cycle the nyou max at the end of 8 weeks & start over. It works.

I have a weights class in school that counts as a pe. my counselor was like okay you can do basic pe with a mixed class or Advanced weight training taught by the football coach...i was like are you kidding me? weight for sure and i love it i am still undergoing chemotherapy for leukemia but ive been doing it for 2 years so i have a pretty low dose and im living pretty normally but im still rebuilding muscle mass i lost so the class is great for me.
