I want to know what your times are for a 40yard/meter or 100m. Football players, hockey players, sprinters ect.
Do you have any tips or advice for me?
40m sprint in 4.6 seconds, with sweatpants, non-running shoes.

trolling used to be an art.. where you'd catch someone completely off guard, provoke a thorough response, and call them out for explaining themselves when you already knew the answer. i.e, troll successful. person palms their own face, people laugh, life goes on.

nowaday, its just dorky kids saying stupid shit and following it upwith 'IM TROLLING HAHAHA CHECK UR METER!!'

learn how to troll or dont do it at all, because you ironically make a fool of yourself while trying  so desperately to make fools of others

dude this kid is so legit...he didnt workout for a year and then went to the gym one day jacked on NO and benched two plates each side even tho he only weighs 150lbs

he's a beast...

did i say i can bench two 45 plates each side? you just love pulling shit out of your ass hey. you're pathetic, hating and trying to make your point across on the internet.

And as for the Xpolde, it works for me, it's amazing. yeah i've heard people say it's shit and bsn is bullshit. i don't really care i get it for $30.

if anyone really cares about getting faster/getting a higher vertical its simple get in the weight room

do back squats, cleans, clean and jerks, snatches, front squats and high shrug jumps

its amazing what happens...
