I am planning on trying them for my first time this weekend at a party and was wondering if drinking alcohol before or during is a good idea or not.

i would guess shrooms+weed+alcohol is a very bad idea.

smoking? or shrooms? smoking is fine, i almost always smoke when i drink (if possible)

all i know about this is that if you take a lot of pain killers and drink a lot of alcohol you can die. learned that from like a lion, buy it, its awesome and educational. but tanner is still alive so it can't be that bad.


as far as any of this goes, its not too hard to not die. its not like you start drinking and next thing you know your dead. you can tell when you start getting fucked up and if at some point you think you might die, you should probably take a break. if you freak out, just pet the furry wall. but if the wall bites you, stop petting it.

i would google it, i'm sure there is some info out there somewhere. your probably not the first to do this. i don't think you can die from shrooms though (don't quote me) so you should be fine. the only thing that can kill you in that line up is the alcohol

Sipping on some lean won't do shit, but don't actually take to drinking. Have a couple mixed drinks or like 2 or 3 beers and you will feel invisible. If you are at a party sip on a drink or smoke a little weed on the way up because you will get mad anxiety before you start tripping.

If you end up actually getting drunk then you will probably shit your pants, seriously, you will shit yourself.

really man i wouldn't do it at a party. personally, i enjoy them out in nature, or alone in the dark with music or chilling with people you are comfortable around. its alot to take in especially around a lot of people. I have gone to party and even bars, but that was spur of the moment AFTER i was tripping and was just in party mode

^ this! booming for your first time is not at all conducive to socializing, crowded places, or indoors in general... I would advise waiting, taking them while hiking or something and having a lot better time both tripping and partying... Environ and mind state are essential to a healthy and productive hallucinogenic experience, I can not stress enough to you the badness of this idea, you only have your first experience with a drug once and you'd like it to be a pleasant one, particularly since this is most likely your first try tripping anything... Be in a chill place, with sunshine friends and good vibes, its not about the chemical effects of mixing philopsybin with alcohol, its about the effects your mentality has on the trip... all the best

i would love to have my first trip outdoors and in nature, but these opportunities dont come up often for me and the kid who has the shrooms wants to use them at the party so im just going along with what he wants to do

Therea no harmful chemical interactions if thats what you're asking, but Shrooms arent really a party drug, its pretty easy to get overwhelmed and you will likely be paranoid about people who arent tripping around you. i feel that they should be taken alone or with a couple other close friends. I did them for my first time at a party and drank, i felt slightly paranoid but overall wasnt a bad experience but the highlight of that night was walking around in the forest by myself listening to music, it was surreal, even on a low dose of mushrooms. So yeah i would save them for another time, but, If you do decide to do this, stick to a low dose and dont drink a whole lot, alcohol tends to dampen the effects, weed is good though.

I took some while drunk. It was my first time doing 'em. it wasn't too bad. smoked a bit too.

we went out geocashing which was fun.

Fuck, too late. You shouldn't do it at a party, especially your first time. Shrooms are all about being outside... I've done a few concerts on shrooms, a couple times at peoples' houses, and it's been OK but... 1) I was already comfortable with the experience, 2) outside was always better. Acid is better outside too, but if you're gonna do a hallucinogen inside, is definitely the better choice. Not that it matters, because I'm too late... hope you had fun haha.

yea, i tried them at a party and i was really paranoid.  i would wait till you can relax with your friends and do it outside.  not in a neighborhood like that kid from the video tho.

from experience i do not have very nice trips when i follow along with how another person wants to trip. my tripping atmosphere is out in nature or just vibing to music. its more of an enlightener then a party drug. plus if they are good and you start peaking at the party, you will freak the fuck out. unless you know what your getting yourself into

From my personal experience , i drank 7-8 beers and ate about a quater of shrooms dust and i threw up alat, beer and shrooms dont mix well in my stomach, but some people can handle it, it didn't kill me though sooooo
But that was when i was like 15 so i dunno maybe i can now

To OP everytime ive ever tripped ive drank. Sometimes a six pack and a bottle of wine sometimes just a forty. You will be ok if you drink responsible amounts just dont get black out because some destructive shit will prolly happen
