Dumonts vs. Chronics

are they similiar? what makes the Dumonts cost $100 more than the chronics?

are the chronics a low quality ski or something? because it seems to cost less than all the other skis in its class

What makes a Rolex so expensive?

They charge more because they know people will still buy it. Price doesn't Equal quality.

I've had chronics for 3 seasons now and am only just getting new skis bet them they're bomb proof

I have my dumont for 2 seasons now and it will be my third this year. Btw i have the 07/08 ( the blue one ) best ski ever made imo.

id get the chronics just because the dumont/suspect have had some issues with edge durability which I can attest to. They are great skis while they last but have had alot of issues with durabillity, and the chronics dont seem to have this issue

and the reason they are 100 more is because they are a pro model, thats it.
