My personal thoughts: It might take longer.

The most discouraging thing in the article wasn't anything I found in the text, but rather the first picture.

The dude with the hat looks solid, but everyone else looks straight up fucked up. I've seen lister-bums in better shape.

After watching some of these video's it seems to me that the Afghans need to be trained at a kindergarten level of difficulty. So it looks like we got another 12 years.
