Anybody got any input on this one? I ski Armada JJ's with fresh. Looking for a great fun second ski. Torn between these two.
I'm 6'2 / 200 ski mostly Utah and Tahoe Love the trees, and some air, but nothing that's going to make a video.
Thanks for any input
Either one is probably a good choice, i had a pair 07/08 (i think) Armada ARV's and i loved every minute on them, connecting turns was easy, and were are great ski. The pair i had was a little soft, and i believe they are little stiffer this year which will keep them nice and stable at high speed and a fun all mountain ski.
The Arv, has no rocker (same as the MSP) but both have fairly large shovels at the tips, which will help in the small amount of fresh you might encounter.
Armada's quality is a little better quality at least from what i read about on here, and my own personal experience with both brands.
In my own personal opinion i would go with the ARV, just because i love armada and have used ARV's before and loved them. But either one will be a great all around ski.
Thanks for your input Kyle. I hadn't seen much posted from people on ARV's . I love my JJ's, and was leaning towards the Armadas anyway but saw a bunch of stuff on the MSP's, and some nit-picky stuff towards the Armada guys.So I thought I'd throw it out there.
