WTB: SPK or Il Moro 28.5/ FS: Nordica Supercharger Flash 28.5

I am looking for either SPK's or Il Moro's.  I need a 28.5 or 29.  Please get back to me, I would like to get some before we have snow on the ground. 

I also have a pair of Nordica Supercharger Flash boots, size 28.5.  I paid $250 for them last year.  Used for one season.  Still in great shape, just dont fit my feet nicely.

how can you want SPKs or Il moros? they are completely opposite side of the boot fitting spectrum

well if one fits your foot the other probably wont without significant work, do you know if you have a wide foot or a narrow one? what boots did you have before and what did you like and dislike about them?

I've got a wide foot, but not crazy wide.  I have Nordica's because someone talked me into them.  Pretty much the only thing I didnt like was how they dig into my shin...other than that, they were great boots.

hmm digging in to the shin can be a few things, boots being too big being one, packed out liners being another (which is also made worse by too big a boot). kinda hard to do anything without actually seeing it. but just from what you say you would probably be happier with the spk, which actually seems to be easier to find. and definitely dont go bigger than you have to, if theres a shop in your area maybe go try some on and even try a smaller size, boots should be tight to start as they pack out. also technicas might be a good option for you too, similar fit to the nordica but lower cuff

Thanks for your help.  I was leaning toward the SPK, probably buy a used pair to get me started.  If I like em, I will likely buy a new pair at the end of the year.  Thanks again...

So anyone out there with SPK's for cheap...help me out!!!

Ok...scratch the Il Moro's.....lets just stick with the SPK's.
