An NS License Plate

I have seen this happen for local sports ie ultimate frisbee via forum discussion and interest ... so why not here on NS? I know it would be very difficult for you to get all states (as you have to work with each state individually) but why not try it out somewhere there are a lot of NS'rs first? Say Colorado? I am from PA :(
