How far must you drive to ski?

Couldn't find any old threads on this. How far do you all have to drive to get to your home mountain? Depending on traffic, it takes me about 1 1/2-2hrs each way & 3/4 of a tank in my jeep. Just wondering how crazy long some of your drives are. Thanks

an hour and a half on public transit or a half hour drive if i'm going to the mountains in the city, or an hour and a half drive or 2 hour coach if i'm going to whistler.

hour and 45 minutes if you count a Micky D's stop, bout 3/4 a tank of gas. could do 45 minutes for some other mountains but they suck

16 minutes to PC when its dry. Usually 30 minutes when the weather is bad. Then its 18-20 mins for BCC and LCC.

2min, or less. it's 3km from my door to the base of the hill... My girlfriend gives me a ride in the morning (she works at the hill), I ski home (right to my door) at the end of the day.

Closest for me is about 2hrs each way. But if the snow sucks there then we make the trip to southern colorado every weekend, which is 5 1/2 hrs to my cabin, then about 45 min to either wolf creek, CO or taos/red river/angel fire, NM. I drive my f-350 superduty lifted, and my bf drives his f-150 lifted. Both gas hogs, but we dont worry about it. thats what summer is for. Save money to ski!

35-50 mins depending on road conditions,traffic,etc..actually my drive is rather dangerous after a storm. some of the roads i go down are in the boonies and sketchy as shit. not plowed ether
