So i have narrowed my helmet for this year down to three choices. K2 Indy Pro or Rant Pro, or Sweet Rambler. I need NS to help me decide. I have never had a helmet from either company (last year I had a bern hardhat) and was wondering if anyone has any issued with any of these.
without the ear pads the whole helmet feels loose on your head, even if you have a beanie on. i need to keep the ear pads on. the shape of it. i just wouldnt suggest a helemt with brims
Generally in life you get what you pay for. I find that especially true for helmets. If you pay $50 for a park helmet, expect it to have that amount of comfortable and protection. Personally I think most helmets $60 or cheaper are barely better than wearing a thick hat. Sweet on the other hand makes an awesome product. I have worn one of their helmet (was a buddy's) and it was well built and so solid. If you have the money, Sweet is head and shoulders above the others you mentioned.
