i could go for something simple right now. 2 eggs with a little cheese, bacon, home fries, bacon, griddled toast, bacon, and 2 pancakes with chocolate inbetween them covered in syrup. with a side of bacon

bacon egg and cheese on a bagel with properly cooked bacon cannot be beaten

or a good breakfast special, like 2 fried eggs, bacon, home fries, and toast, or some kind of omelette...basically i just love all breakfast food and it makes me excited just thinking about it

Depends on how hungover/drunk I am. Biscuits and gravy if I am super hungover, french toast if I am rockin the late night drunk eaties. Otherwise 2 eggs over sleezy with some buttered toast. Oh yeah and Mimosas and ample amounts of bacon with all of those.

i can make killer breakfast food, so it's hard to narrow it down to the best tasting.

Hangover Breakfasts - biscuits with a very hearty spicy sausage and peppered gravy. Or ham and cheese omelette's, texas toast, and home made hash rounds. Sometimes I'll get down on a massive double decker sausage, egg, and cheese bagel. i can make killer pancakes, too, but only if my girl wants them. I don't really do pancakes myself.

Training Breakfast - massive of maple brown sugar oatmeal, a banana, a 2,000 calorie protein smoothie, a sausage, egg, and cheese bagel, and two things of yogurt.

The "OH SHIT, I'm Late For Work" Breakfast - banana, 2 things of Yogurt, a bagel with cream cheese, and three nutri-grain bars.

That's pretty much all that I stick to on a regular basis. Damn, time to go make breakfast before I have to resort to the "OH SHIT" menu.

if we're talking about training breakfast i go with this when i'm in lax season:

3 whole eggs, 2 egg whites scrambled, 2 pieces 12 grain with low fat PB, 1 glass whole milk, 3 slices turkey bacon and I eat/drink a shake or meal replacement every 3 hours...i love food a lot....

I occasionally have something similar to that. I switch it up a little bit. I just do 5 eggs over easy (dippy eggs) and two pieces of 12 grain toast loaded with butter. Instead of milk, I make my breakfast smoothie with milk, 8 fresh strawberries, 2 bananas, 2 scoops of what's basically weight gainer, and a scoop of protein. My bacon is thick cut peppered bacon. Turkey bacon is OK, but I prefer the real deal. Since I don't really have to watch the leanness of my foods as much as some thanks to my crack head metabolism, I try and get the best tasting stuff!

For most of my other shakes I cut the calorie load and just use strawberries, water, 2 scoops of protein, glutamine (post workout), and a banana. I pretty much max out at four shakes in a day. Really anything more than that is more than my body needs.

I literally consume 5k-6k calories a day. It's hard work to eat that much all of the time. Thank god I love food.
