Hangover Breakfasts - biscuits with a very hearty spicy sausage and peppered gravy. Or ham and cheese omelette's, texas toast, and home made hash rounds. Sometimes I'll get down on a massive double decker sausage, egg, and cheese bagel. i can make killer pancakes, too, but only if my girl wants them. I don't really do pancakes myself.
Training Breakfast - massive of maple brown sugar oatmeal, a banana, a 2,000 calorie protein smoothie, a sausage, egg, and cheese bagel, and two things of yogurt.
The "OH SHIT, I'm Late For Work" Breakfast - banana, 2 things of Yogurt, a bagel with cream cheese, and three nutri-grain bars.
That's pretty much all that I stick to on a regular basis. Damn, time to go make breakfast before I have to resort to the "OH SHIT" menu.
