Tonkotsu Ramen (pork soup base)
Shoyu Ramen (soy sauce soup base)
Miso Ramen (miso soup base)
Hakata Ramen (local to certain parts of Japan)
Also, I read here once that people mix in he soup base and then pour the liquid out. You keep the soup, in the bowl and drink the soup when you are done.
