so i just edited a skate vid, and now im trying to upload it.  i used premier pro cs5 and now when i try to upload it, it shows up as a premiere project file. i am using a pc, and i am wondering what i have to do to be able to upload this.

when saving or producing it see if you can save it in a different file format.
