in the product info, it says the fabric repels wind rain and snow. looks like a sick jacket!

i'd say it's a park jacket if it just repels water. probably not going to keep you dry in a heavy snowstorm.

agreed. this jacket is not mean't for a heavy snow storm. looks more like something i'd wear in the spring when the sun's out
