Are there any runners on here? If so how far do you run each time you run? I just started because soccer is over and i'm gonna run to stay in shape

alright i am getting so pissed. You are really trying to say random kids on your soccer team are running two 4:30's in a row? 9 minute 2 miles is state champion material, not some kid who dicks around on soccer. Total bullshit

I'll see your claim and raise you this:

I was the slowest runner on my 7 man cross country team with a 17:15 5k.  We run in Colorado at 7,000 feet.

I'll play this game.

I'm a 4:06 miler, 3:51 1500m national qualifier. I run 85miles a week, and my 8k last week was 25:30. I ran a half marathon this summer in 1:13:27.

/claim (and Im not a very good skier, so you've got me there...)

I used to run a lot when I was getting ready to participate in a real sport (i.e. baseball/basketball).

Running sucks.

i used to run competively in high school our races were 5k's roughly 3 miles i used to come in around 18:45 to 19:00 minutes. I gave it up though, its to serious, my knees hurt to bad, and it took up to much time.

I've started running in Vibram's and I really enjoy it. I don't go all that often and usually end up doing about 5k or so. It's a good time. A good way to get out and relax.
