bad ribs

ok, 2 years ago i cracked and dislocated my ribs when i ate if off a jump and they killed for about 3 months and then stopped but just recently they've started hurting really bad, like i can't lay down or lift anything and when i stand up i can't breathe and it just kills. has anyone else hurt their ribs and what did you do to make em feel better? i was thinking the hot tub but i don't know, any suggestions?

i landed in the middle of the pipe on my ribs. i could hardly breathe for the rest of the day. hurt so much. it just took time for me.

maybe a stress fracture, i have that problem with my feet/ankles, ive had 3 foot breaks, and ive sprained them inumerable times, i stoped counting after the 5th or 6th serious one. anyway, every morning when i wake up i can barely walk around on my fucked up lower limbs... it gets better but their is always some random pain down there.

think i haven't already? chiropracter just made it worse, i'm going in for x-rays in a day or two, i just wanted to know if this has happened to anyone else

yup anna but i think mine wernt as bad as urs but i just relaxed and did shit easy and mine are almosted healed problem is u cant do much for ribs so just tough it out.

When I broke a bunch of ribs the doctor just said to chill out and take it easy until they don't hurt anymore. And, he gave me a prescription for anti inflammatories and pain killers. In the old days they used to wrap people up in torso casts. They don't do that anymore because it's stupid.

yo when i broke my ribs i also tore out a bunch or cartalige and the doc made me take anti inflamitory pills or sumthin like that so it could heal. stll kinda fucked up though
