Good boot fitter around Detroit?

So whats a good boot fitter around detroit? I had a bad experience last time when i got boots there and they didnt fit me even though they said they "fit me to them". I just dont want to have another bad experience and am looking for a legit shop.

if you buy boots from us and they dont fit right com next season you can bring them in and we can mold, cut, and manipulate them to be as comfy as possible

dude forget ej out of oac.. he really truly doesnt know what hes talking about but for some reason he has a following. Hands down some of the best bootfitters in the metro detroit area or south east michigan are out of don thomas sporthaus in birmingham... not only are they true ski nerds who know way to much about the equipment they sell, they truly are some of the best bootfitters around doing just about any modification you can think of. and the shops cool to so they wont hassle you if something doesnt fit or feel right. go see tom or dave and no doubt they will fix any problem or direct you to the right place to do so.

Bumping this to say that Hans is the coolest fucking guy ever haha.  Don Thomas is where it's at for equipment.  I only go to Boyne to look at the new outerwear they have every year, and Skier's Peak is like a half hour from me so...

Hanns and the crew at Don Thomas in Birmingham know what they r doing and r super helpful. I would have to say they r the best. OAC is just a joke of a company that will prob end up going out of buisness soon.

good, the novi store is a lota better in the sales/fitting department than the bloomfield township store, if you went to the bloomfield store on woodward you woulda got fit by some snowboarders

Thats debatable, i doubt it, no offense. Because Don Thomas is on the "high priority" list according to the full tilt rep, and they only got 3 pairs of Twall Hot doggers and a few pair of the other styles, i asked hanns and he told me they ordered as much as they could get. And Hanns(the store manager of over 10 years) told me there wont be another shipment because they will be sold out soon. Full tilt doesnt re-stock, If they havnt got em by now it prolly wont happen. but good luck, and keep your fingers crossed.
