The feel of MSPs, but with carvability - help me out

So last year on a decent NY powder day (it was about 9 inches fresh) i demo'd some 09 4FRNT MSPs, a ski which ide always admired b/c of cool graphics and my friend who owns and raves about them.
I really liked how light and poppy they were. Hopping turns was so much fun and a big change from the expert carving skiis i had been on all day (Head Monster im83s, a ski which doesnt even allow you to lift your edges off the snow, but i love for its ability to rip GS turns).
The problem with the MSPs is that they dont carve anywhere near the level i want them to.
As an X-racer i need to be able to carve but still want the pop and maneuverability that a ski like the MSP has. the Monsters limit my skiing to open hills and dont fit in some tighter areas of the mountain
Help me out if you have any real knowledge on this situation:
- A poppy, light ski that is fun to bounce around on
- The ability to carve Ontario/NY groomers at high speeds and sketchy conditions.
thanks and +K for legitimate answers!

Those, kinda by definition, r two completely different kins of ski. Light and poppy doesn't generally translate into hard carving and super stable at speed in variable conditions

fisher addicts are pretty awesome for carving, idk about finding a ski that is light/pop + carvability. My solly 1080 foils are kinda soft and light, but carving on them at high speeds is a little sketch

the old volkl bridge, was not soft and poppy, they were stiff and awsome...and they carve like no other

i have a pair of k2 silencers and i can make them carve decently when i want to, but they dont have the pop of the MSPs. I guess those 2 qualities really rely on the stiffness of the ski.
I have read about some skis that are stiff in the front but soft in the back, I should look into them I think Volkl does that.
know any?

Prophet 100.
Really snappy and responsive yet it can carve really well on groomers ect. Work pretty well everywhere really. However, they are not something I would choose if you ski a lot of park, which it sounds like you don't from your post.

The Prophets sound perfect i would love to demo them. Probably wouldnt buy them though just because of how wide they are. I would really need to try them out for a day first

They make a Prophet 90 too, so 90mm underfoot. Other than that its the same ski.

The armada TST sounds good for you, 102 underfoot. It will slay the groomers

Head Jon Olsson Pro 07/08 is what I ride. They carve pretty good (I still race FIS) and are rediculouslight and also poppy. They are a park ski though so any kind of powder kind of sucks on them..
