Upgrading to a 1.3x sensor camera means I can't use my 1.6x tokina anymore, until I get another body that is, so I'm selling it off so I can grab body number 2 sooner. I'm mostly looking to sell, but I will accept trades for a 24mm lens. Prices are pretty firm, buyer covers paypal and shipping costs. All glass is mark free, all focus rings are smooth and blades snappy.

First up: Tokina 11-16 2.8 Canon mount - $600

Brand new condition, amazing, amazing lens. Glass 100% clean, no dust, no scratches.

Second: Soligor 28 2.8 nikon mount - $50

Great condition, super smooth focus ring, clean glass, nikon mount but can be adapted to canon for $10 via adapter ring from ebay. Has some nice bokeh, great lens.

Third is a feeler for a nikon 50 1.4. Still not sure what I want to do with it, its a fast lens and is rad. I'd sell for around $150 if I decide to let it go.

might pm about the soligor, might not want to bother adapting though. I've heard good things about it though, and I could use a shorter prime...

Would definitely have bought the Tokina if you were near Switzerland haha, but I've got no credit card and I don't want to pay duty and stuff... Sad, they're quiet expensive over here!

Check this out.

If you scroll down it says always in stock for nikon and canon. Im sure they are willing to do a simple phone order.


and I just called the store (local store) that I buy my gear at and they have it in stock. May be hard to get on bandh but not that hard to find.

Seems a little farfetched to sell it that high. When you could find it locally, and when many places will price match a reputable store such as bandh if it costs more.

Seems pretty reasonable for me, I searched for it everywhere and the only place I could find it was ebay, and I paid 650 for it (was the cheapest one)

And I don't know if specialized photography stores are common, but there definitely isn't any near me, so if it's the same for most people, I really doubt you're gonna find it locally. Also if b&h, adorama, and all the other big online stores don't have it in stock, I really doubt a local store would have it.

so people, buy this lens it is AMAZING and the price is right

I think $600 is reasonable. I had a hard time finding mine, they are on back order at many many places. I bought mine for $750.
