I would say you probably are the richest newschooler with a jerb and no parent money, although Big Cat Oil is just getting off the ground so check back in 5 years or so...

As far as the pros go, I don't know how much they actually net but pretty sure the free trips, skis etc out weigh the salary.

Im local hire here - so I get paid in dollars, pay us taxes etc etc... all the normal shiz... social security and all that nonesense too.

when i first moved over i managed to sort a pretty good deal due to exchange rates though.

1st year residency is 35-40k. 2nd year is 80k. But then your monthly student loan payments will be about 2k. So basically, you won't be raking in until year 5 or 6 when you decide to buy your own practice. I have 3 brothers that are dentists and they do well, but it doesn't happen overnight.

Naaah nicky don't do it! My experience with female pro skiers is not a good one, my ex is from switzerland and is sponsored... she is fucking crazy sauce! She just lives for thrills and doesn't give a shit about anyone else... Terrible generalisation I know, But good lucks anyways!

it's a tricky balance to have a steady well paying job that let's you bail on the epic ski days. Once you get that, your next challenge will be to land your ski friends a similar job so you're not constantly skiing alone.
