FCP is really intuitive and pretty similar to Premiere from what I remember from using it years ago when I made the switch. The only real issues are going to be finding the same functions that just have different names under Apple vs. Adobe (i.e. filters, effects, etc.).
In terms of graphics, I hear After Effects is the way to go if you really want to get results. However, all programs within Final Cut Studio communicate VERY well with each other - you can send files between programs and they automatically update back and forth (not sure if you can do that with Adobe). I have been able to do a lot in Motion, but it gets very laborious, whereas AE is a bit more efficient, as far as I know.
